Day 4: The Fun Continues

Meet Kimberly. She is a sassy little 11 year old girl that I see at the clinic on Wednesdays. This photo is proof that even after three days the humor of the temporary AC units has not gotten old. From battling robots and glamor shots to blasting cold air in each other's faces, the kids adore these things. I love where I work because my childish behavior is totally appropriate... we are a match made in heaven! When you chase kids around all day every day you can't help but be a child at heart.

I have known Kimberly since I started working at Our Children's House a few years ago, and she is honestly one of my favorites. She has this attitude and sense of humor well beyond her years and brightens my day with her spirit. Kim has made an incredible amount of progress (she's on the verge of walking on her own after being in a wheelchair for years!) and I'm so thankful to be a part of her treatment because she is one inspiring young lady :)
